Tommi Enenkel ist Gründer von Escape Velocity Consulting. Mit 17 Jahren Erfahrung als Tech Lead, Marketing Lead und Organisationsentwickler hat er IT-Systeme aufgebaut, Teams durch Transformationen geführt und Technologiestrategie auf jeder Ebene mitgestaltet — vom mittelständischen Unternehmen bis zur internationalen Organisation. Zuletzt als CIO bei NEOS für 2.500 User und die gesamte Systemlandschaft verantwortlich. Heute findet er als externer CIO für KMU die Prozesse, an denen sich Wachstum staut.

Tommi Enenkel is the founder of Escape Velocity Consulting. With 17 years of experience as a tech lead, marketing lead, and organizational developer, he has built IT systems, guided teams through transformations, and shaped technology strategy at every level — from mid-sized businesses to international organizations. Most recently CIO at NEOS, responsible for 2,500 users and the full systems landscape. Today he works as a fractional CIO for SMBs, finding the bottlenecks where growth gets stuck.
